The challenge
The incident ends,
the impact may not.
Imagine an employee who regularly encounters distressing or traumatic situations as part of their work. Individually, each incident may appear manageable. But over weeks, months or years, repeated exposure can have a cumulative impact.
Without an appropriate way to recognise patterns of exposure, organisations may struggle to identify when additional wellbeing support could be beneficial. Too often, conversations about mental health begin only after someone is already experiencing significant difficulties.
The Impactful Incident Logging System (IILS) aims to change this.
Introducing IILS
More than incident reporting. A system built around people.
Unlike traditional incident reporting systems, which focus primarily on recording what has happened, IILS focuses on the individual.
It provides managers with live data on employees’ exposure to traumatic events, helping them recognise patterns of repeated exposure and identify when additional support may be needed.
By turning incident data into meaningful, timely information, the system enables managers to initiate early wellbeing checks, review workplace exposure and connect employees with appropriate support before their mental health deteriorates further.

The challenge
Become an early partner.
We’re exploring opportunities to work with organisations that recognise the importance of supporting people following potentially traumatic incidents.
Early partners may have the opportunity to share operational insights, discuss requirements and help inform the platform’s development.
Whether you’re responsible for a small specialist team or a large workforce, we’d welcome a conversation.
Better Understanding. Earlier Support. Stronger Organisations.
International Experience. Practical Solutions.
Don't Wait Until Someone
Reaches Crisis Point.
Although no system can guarantee the prevention of mental health crises, early identification, compassionate intervention and access to appropriate professional support can make meaningful difference.
We are not simply recording incidents. We are creating opportunities for intervention before the impact becomes more serious.
